The Introducation
Before I begin…
The purpose of this introduction is set the stage of what is going to be explained in the project. By writing the goals out will help me keep my topic focused throughout the introduction. Keeping to my main points will be a helpful for the organization of the paper, and if my thoughts are organized than the reader can follow and clearly understand what I am trying to say. My Introduction will discuss the “green trends,” and how trash-picking is linked to the trend. However, the intro will state the main point and will touch the surface of what the rest of the project will present. The goal of the paper is to take my views and experiences of growing up in an environmentally friendly atmosphere to the new trend/ lifestyle of “going green.” By the end of the project I hope to accomplish the how different words, trigger different reactions from individuals. And to give a better understanding of what trash-picking is. After looking at the Journal Kairos I feel that journal would be a great place to submit my work. The journal accepts multimedia work that is new and innovative.

The Lit Review
Before I begin…
By completing the Lit Review it will give me, the researcher, a thorough understanding of how my research relates to my thesis. This will keep the me organized, and on track with what I am want to achieve, and get the most out of the research that I have found. If all is successful, then the audience that will read the Lit review will be able to recognize how each piece of research matches with how I want the information to be perceived. The Lit Review is an important part of the process and if done properly it will show throughout a strong research paper. However, this part of the research project does not always get shown, or it may be shown on its own, which makes it a unique piece of literature. I feel that it may appear to be a similar process as done in the Annotated Bibliography, but it is different just by the fact that it can work as its own piece of literature, but it also is a great way to start paraphrasing the sources, which will be used in the Final Paper.
I hope that the Lit Review will establish my knowledge of the research and to allow for me to start organizing which information is going to work best for my thesis. People who are and people who want to start, helping the environment by repurposing objects. Or even just people who want to save money. That’s my audience. However, I am currently interested in publishing my work into Kairos Journal.
